Pretty hot steaming pile of garbage. And this is coming from a die hard dragon ball fan.

Quite frankly other than the official dragon ball super manga which is pretty decent (but maybe a lil too fast paced), everything dragon ball super is pretty boring, bland or outright terrible. You just don't get the same stakes as DBZ. Everything is just so light hearted like it's a joke. Goku and vegeta regressed their character development completely and the transformations are dumb.

The transformations made no sense to me

Just buffs for the sake of buffs with no logic even within the universe laws

I had higher expectations because I enjoyed broly but this was terrible

Just finished it and it’s not nearly as bad as people are making it out to be. Also enjoyed the art style and view

Dragonball z is the only show that cannot be called weeb shit. However, dragonball super is full on weeb trash unfortunately. From all the jokingly weeb faces to full blown weeb characters. Also, all the characters sound really bad in Japanese, especially Goku.

I still remember the dumb af "tingly feeling" to transform episode.

Oh and dragonball z actually looks better visually.

If only we didn't have to suffer through 100+ episodes of a grandma yelling tatatatata over shit artwork to get there. One good moment doesn't excuse how bad super has been visually, story wise and for character development. Goku is a full on hillbilly retard, fights are dumb and it just plain sucks.

At least GT was enjoyable if we ignore the chase for the black dragon balls.
