Trust me... if there would be a way not to pay tax EVERY rich person would stop paying tax... instead they try to find loopholes to pay as little as possible.
income is taxed. The mega wealthy do not work they use debt so you could increase tax on the super wealthy to 99% and they would still be laughing. You only end up taxing the middle and the poor class instead
