Mainly just seeing who else uses gimp, potentially to make friends who use the program. Share some tips tricks etc.

DaFont and 1001Fonts have been good to me for a very long time.

Free fonts are everywhere, and many are open source and royalty free so just go click happy and get them all. Then you can be like me and spend like 20mins on your design and 2hrs picking a font.

Here is a list I found of supposedly the best websites to download free fonts in 2022. I have personally used Google, Fontspace and Dafont. They have decent selections and are easy to navigate.

#1: Google Fonts
#2: FontSpace
#3: Behance
#4: Font Squirrel
#5: DaFont
#6: Abstract Fonts
#7: FontFabric
#8: Lost Type
#9: The League of Movable Type
#10: 1001 Free Fonts
