So i just got my arret face and want too socket it but im not sure what too put in it, im useing 2 griefs and thinking about a 5/5 rbf poison any toughts ?

poison facet would be amongst the worst options you could put. I don't think I've ever even seen this being asked, let alone suggested or done

My ideas:
cham rune for cannot be frozen
40ed jewel for damage. 3x ed should be fine as well

Well did think about that... im really useing alot of mana thats why im useing insight on merc... if i did changce my raven for a ml ring and did put cham in my helmet instead..

Definitely Cham it and replace Raven with a solid dual leach ring with str/dex/life/resists/whatever.

well could be in the future... rings like that aint cheap haha but tried testing out with more ml and ll. workes alot better just need a good combo for my merc then

You do more damage with guillames pvm wise.

aye - if you wanna go full dmg ham mode: use guillaumes and socket it with ed//max or ed//str jewels.
if you just like the arreats - same jewels as above - but you might want to consider getting the res /fhr somewhere else, as the dmg output of guillaumes is massive
