i wouldn't mind sending him a gift package for christmas. should i do it this christmas or wait until i legally teared down his garage? isn't the message stronger when i wait until i fucked him?

I would advise against going legal if u can resolve it.

However if u are involved in the justice system (I have no exposure whatsoever) . I,in my naive thoughts believe that the law is made to protect the weak. U do not seem weak to me. Therefore avenge not thine own self.


If he will do this to you in the open, what other blunders do u think he's making in his own life unawares?

plenty, exactly. that is my thought as well. we're in a small german town and reputation here is important, especially because he has immigrational background which implies he got "promoted" within his community, because he owns a small property. in contrary to him being more successful than his peers, he unfortunately does not really respect the law and acts thoughtless to the disadvantage of others while he isn't educated. he is basically a tough worker which i could respect, if he wasn't so vulgar. unfortunately he has contacted my tenants numerous times and caused me damage with this. afterwards he teared down a fence of me and build partly on my property. there is no respect at all.

now i have to find a solution to deal with it. my plan is to focus on his reputation, because he already is known to be light headed. if i tear down his garage, everyone in the small town will know about his light headed decisions, because the properties are on the street which lead to the "german autobahn" (seriously lol). building over borders isn't a thing in germany, except you did not measure your property before building something. that is the case here. tuesday i'll measure it officially. costs me 2,5k€ in order to prepare to tear down his garage and cause him damage of about 25-30k

Thanking god


He reset my mistakes from yesterday


All my filthy patches


All my "hard work" that tended to fruitlessness


...

I created an uneven line, many faulted corners



But the lord showed them to me.

Furthermore, he gave me the strength to correct my errors.



He said, as I heard him say,

Moving forward is meaningless especially when you havent cleared all previous obstacles




Unless I corrected those mistakes today, I don't know when if ever I would address them.



So, thank you god. You smoothed out my uneven paths.

Thanksgiving

Along time ago I wondered if there were a way for me to go part time.


See there wasn't such a thing as part time for my kind of job.


Recently I asked my manager for it.


As I was flipping through the hard Bible, I got to the story in Numbers about baal balak and balam.

It was a story about how God makes a way.



He builds a bridge where there is none.



And what has never been done before, that he will do for the one he loves.


I believed.


And then and there I received a response from my manager.


Today, I got hired without an interview.


God made a highway for me.



I must make a way for others.


Teach me how to serve and to expedite the path for my fellow souls.

Dear god

Thank you for this wonderful day. I did a lot today.

1) took out baseboards from 3 closets I think
2) underlayment for entire second floor
3) primed two closets today.


Tomorrow:
0> paint stair nose
1) finish painting both closets
2) Finally putting in the boards
3) buy more boards
-rent a Brad nailer
-buy baseboards
-buy wood filler (just incase)
4) cut and fix baseboards



Ton expedite the process, it may be wise to start painting the stair nose early


The problem is that we need to match the colors early in the morning.


Anyway, thank u God that I was able to opt out of ladder season two and to be ultra productive today. I pray for the same to happen tomorrow.
