the point of use this is the boost of ar against barbar and smiter but is true that the stats dont make it a trophy

I dont remember every niche item need, but 2soc is definitely a must.

I think this has been changed in 2.4, where ias can now be added from gear for fury. I wonder if that also makes it kind of less desirable as the ability to add ias from gear opens up more weapon options?
