that would be for actual steam wallet, for csgo skins, just go take a look at other posts, u will never find anyone who will pay close to 1:100 because by the time u change it to steam $$ u lose a percentage of that to valve.
ur best bet is to just make a post, and say something like ur looking to get the most expensive skin possible
