He is going to use drugs and money laundering from Mexico and cartels as an re-election strategy. Biden will deploy the navy to patrol the borders and to make the cartels submit. He is going to pour billions of dollars into policing drugs and his whole presidency will hinge on this.

Which part is confusing? Mid terms are in Nov 8th 2022 Biden will lose by at least 10 points.
