you did the first great step: deleting all her sh*t (a very difficult step sometimes, so kudos to you for that!)

now literally all you have to do is keeping your mind busy.

friends, hobbies, work, gym, food, sports, videogames, GIRLS. W/e takes your mind out.

try to imagine yourself the next year or some random date in the future and looking back here and saying: wow i remember when that mattered... you KNOW that later on you will look back at this as a simply painless random memory that wont hurt. try to focus on that thought

Liquor and other women.

Find a new love that only you can put away if you want. Something like Snowboarding, Riding a bike, Surfing, walking, running, driving fast.
Don't drink, do drugs, or watch porn. Try to find an activity you genuinely enjoy and do that excessively. You will feel better within a week I promise.

You will also see results in your body and love yourself that much more.

Well things that have helped get over women. Having other women talk bad about them and justify my reasoning. Cuddleing with other women. A therapist telling me shes a hoe. Also drinking heavily has always evened me out in the end. Some people are truly just trash, and cutting them out will speed up your life. I guess focusing on something else like getting to 99 four times in one season or something
