I'm making some this weekend for meals next week!

im going to finely cut mushrooms, shallots, and cilantro and mix that in to some extra lean ground beef with an egg and some panko, maybe some garlic and onion pwder with salt and pepper as well. then bbq them, topping it off with BLT, and dijon mayo.

That sounds interesting, chopped mushrooms inside the ground burger ... thanks for that tip! Rest of it sound great as well!

Seems like a lot of work. I would just go to a deli and pick something up.

It's about the journey, not the destination.
This is true for most things.

Wagyu beef patties or Nolan Ryan Beef,

I cook it on the grill and get it nice and char broiled.

I also cook jalapeno sausage (Cut it into small chops to pile on TOP of the patty)

I then cover my burger (huge cheese pile) in Gouda/Cheddar (Sharp) into my toaster oven (to melt the cheese quickly)

I then cover the top and bottom of my grilled brioche buns in homemade burger sauce. Pickles, Tomatoes done.

I'm a Cheeseburger connoisseur so I take burgers a little too serious.

Another good burger is with brisket/pulled pork on top of the patty/cheese with sweet pickles.
