No.. they don't lose their nutrients like when boiling in water because there's nothing in the pan that won't be on the plate.

Maybe I will just eat them raw, after washing them. There is no way I am pan frying anything.

Can't tell if serious but... It's basically no work. Shake the skillet back and forth a few times for 10 mins lol.

You'd have to wash the pan cause it had grease on it.

Put a small amount of dish soap in the pan, fill with hot water, let sit for a day, throw in dishwasher or lightly use a sponge lol.

Pan friend asparagus is so damn good fam.
