Voted yes, I cannot see a downside to this and spamming whistle for hours is pointless and painful after awhile. Great idea!

My read on the rules is that a 1 keypress to 1 keypress map wouldn't be against the rules because of how I define macro.

A "Macro" is a shortcut that causes "multiple" actions to occur in a scripted way. Simply rebinding T to a mouse button shouldn't flout the anti-macro rules, as it only causes a single action to occur.

Of course, the people that make the rules might not agree with this interpretation. In that case, hopefully they implement auto-whistle.
