This has to be the shittiest "change" ever. That sort of event shit can be found in free to play MMOs and appears to be a thing that gets added when the creators are out of ideas for the game itself.

Did anyone else notice the ww change calculating IAS from all equipment? Does that imply offhand+mainhand+rest = ww IAS? Kinda confused.
