Ok so im having a real hard time understanding the merc ias BPS. SO.. my merc has 35ias only. Fort/andys with 15-frr jewel/infinity.

After researching a bit it seems that GT or Thesh bases are only better if you can hit the higher bps? At 35 ias i can hit 6 tick jab with CA or a CV. With thresh you only hit 5.5 tick and need 42 ias to hit the next BP which i will never have on him. So if im understanding this right unless i wear treach or change build for more ias to hit 42, CA or CV is the better option due to being at 6 tick jab at 35 ias? Also im basing this off the ias bp for jab since theu use they 85% of the time

Please if anyone has info and can actually help me understamd this better id appreciate the help.

Anyway, the thresher is always faster

Well after alot of research i put this together.. maybe help somone else.. at 35 ias Cryptic Axe is better for act 2 merc. Also all act 2 merc have fixed range i believe with all weps. Thresher or any other is only more dps, higher jab and regular attack frames when you have more ias then 35.

If your merc is wearing andys with 15 ias and fort with infinity or insight.. the best base you can use is a Cryptic axe.
