Lvl 3 skiller HCIM
will be doing some noncombat questing for me.
He will not bot, macro, use scripts, chat, or break any Jagex or JSP rules as per usual.
He will get a bonus if HCIM status is still there when questing is complete.
He will not remove anything from bank which isn't needed for questing and understands he will havw to obtain some quests items. He will not open or mess with any of my crates banked from WT.
