redemption or conviction fohdin d2r chaos sanctuary?

Run whatever benefits your party most, if solo probably redemption.

I used to think conviction is garbage, but then I did several runs on single player
Fdin with lvl 44 FOH (easily reached at this state of ladder), and conviction, destroys P7 chaos as fast as hdin, if not faster

The primary bottleneck for Hdin was the hammer takes awhile to travel
For Fdin this is less of an issue because 1 FOH will scatter holy bolts all over the place
He has less damage on paper but hits more enemies on screen

I have not tested on expansion, however I can say redemption seems to be much better for classic play.

Conviction is fine. I clear chaos pretty fast. If you really want redemption snag it between groups. But that's 5 less skill points for your character.

You still put points into vigor though

If you're running straight chaos that's rather inconsequential in the grand scheme of things. I do 2-3 min chaos runs without enigma. You can just charge to chaos.
