I have heard something that the FHR in sorc changed,
could someone tell me how the fhr works now in the sorc?
I don't need 86 fhr? in pvp...! in patch 2.4

FHR still helps, just not as "required" as it used to be. It is not just a sorc thing, it is an all class thing.

If you can get the FHR without a ton of investment then sure. The FHR change sort of goes like this... hit 1 stuns you and does the FHR animation, you then gain stun immunity (no fhr animation) for ~.5 seconds, so recovering quicker will still be better, but marginally better. You will always be able to teleport away with 105 + FCR during the immunity phase.
