Does evolving a pokemon also increase it's CP?

Yes, it increases cp. Raid bosses change all the time.

Yes it increase cp and yes there's other raids, raids change every few weeks usually or depending on the event maybe on the weekend or something

It does give a preview of new cp before evolving as well, or mine does. Raid bosses also depend on location
