Despite all the claims blizzard is making that there is no soft caps on drops, there is. I can get 5 rare drops from a bestiary soon as i log in than the entire rest of the day i will get 1 here and there. Even worse for Legendaries. Had this happen with a bestiary page also. Like i said, the entire remaining of the day, nothing.
Almost certain they removed it. So far my best day I have gotten 13 legos since the "removal" but that could also just be due to me doing beast turn ins and running laps for hours on end lol.
