My Xbox quit working and it makes a faint beep when trying to turn it on. It seems like it gets stronger the longer its plugged in but just doesn't turn on.

Basic questions but, have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in? Also leaving it unplugged for 30 secs or so will clear the power from the system forcing a reset when plugged back in

When I press the eject button 10 times the light comes on but off immediately

If it's out of warranty you could open it up and see if anything looks off, but it almost sounds like something fried or a power supply is no good

it seems like a hardware issue with the xbox. if we're looking for new things to test you want to go to a different outlet on a different circuit if possible.

See i am leaning on the enteral power supply is going out. It's like it's not getting enough power and I have tried multiple power cord in different areas. The more I try and turn it on the more it wants to turn on but when it gets to that point the Xbox light will actually light up and it will make the normal ding after pressing the eject button like 15 times in a row but shuts down immediately after it lights up

You could try it, depending on the price of the unit it may be worth it, otherwise you might want to look into getting a new console
