im making a blizzard sorc and i remember someone once told me it wasnt necessary to maximize cold mastery because idk...

is it mandatory to maximize it, or with 10 points will be enough? (as i think that that was what he told me was good enough)

for pvp , u need to max it,

for PVM i guess 10 point is enough ( with gear / inventory)

Max it, maxing it will make your blizz and ice blast cut thru them like butter

Dunno how it is now…but I believe legacy had a bigger problem with hard cold immunes. So maxing it for PVM would be a waste.
