Patch notes as follows

Bonus pay has been limited to 3x payout until things settle down. This will either be removed again later on or adjusted depending on where we land.

Bug Fix
- Temp bug fix for crafting giving more value in items than it took to craft. This will be fixed full in a later update.
- Fixed a bug where leaving a guild would not reset gboss data resulting in a conflict (Midith)
- Removed the bug where you could have more buildings (by a limited amount) than slots due to a bad calculation when additional buildings were added.
- Fixed bug that would not allow you to upgrade maps via the cartographer for maps level 31 and above.
- Removed unix timestamps in /guildwho command for online users
- Usernames are now restricted in character length to between 4 and 25. Those below 4 characters that exist now can stay, those above 25 characters will be changed for you.
- Can't go over max input for the party bag field any longer (NotProductive)
QoL
- Commands list has been given a tidy up/makeover (Thanks to Rob for the suggestion)
- Increased max party bag usage according to the number of token purchases (NotProductive)

Updates
- Personal talismans now allow you to level up whilst gmapping (NotProductive)
- Your highest area now gets reset when you leave a guild to take into account festivals.
- A38 has been added, welcome to the Land of Socks. Go fight your favourite or most annoying sock I guess? Also new boss and boss jewels.
- A38 exp/gold per mob has also been adjusted such that the gap between areas is not so large as this compounds with multipliers and guild buildings.
- Abosses have been reworked such that from payouts you now get a maximum (not including taxonomy) of X plat/area, Y jade/area, Z gems/area, DP remains the same.
- Payouts now require you to hit a damage target, this damage target is based off of your level and your stats (varies area to area), it is equivalent to the HP you have added to the boss via your contract.
- If you're below the average for the area you can receive an additional payout for your contributions based on the surplus damage you have made compared to your target if other people in your area have not made their damage targets.
- People not contracting and attacking will not effect payouts negatively
- If someone dies, everyone in the area can receive a bonus payout
- Evasion has been reworked. 100% (or more) evasion no longer means that the aboss can't hit you, each aboss has it's own reference evasion, the evasion text reflects that.
- Aboss attack stats have been reworked so also now expect them to hit like a truck.
- There are heroism soft-caps in each area, after the softcap additional heroism is worth less (don't ask by how much, you won't get an answer, same goes for what the softcaps are) than what it does below the cap.
- Pity pay is now set at a minimum of 0.3*max if you did not die - except for dungeon points.
- Dungeon point payout for those not achieving their pay target is based on how much of the aboss you hit.
- If you fight an area boss more than 1 area away from the highest are you've killed a mob in your payout will be massively restricted.
- Guilds exp per level has been updated post level 2.4k.
- Guild buildings for stat/gold/exp are now capped at 800.
