Indeed, what is this hidden knowledge?

I have been playing only FoH Paladin in Chaos for over 3000 runs and got my initial gear from my fg and received an email for being banned. No 3rd party software, no mh and still banned. I appealed and even linked my Youtube soloplay and wait for answer, but their banning is pretty odd. I had no mh, no 3rd party software outside my Asus ROG recommended ones and my stuff on the laptop is licensed.

I'm sure customer service gets sick of babies crying, "I didn't do anything. I swear!" Even if you cheated one time for one second, or if someone using your computer cheated for a millisecond, you are still responsible.

I have never used 3rd party software and have over 30k EUR invested in my bnet account through Blizzard games, do you feel I need to cheat out like 3 eur of stuff with botting??? They don't even provide explanation about the ban, my easiest deed is to chargeback the transaction, but this will kill my whole account... Blizzard is a greedful sinful company now that only want cash...

deny, deny, deny, but if you didn't cheat then someone on your computer did install or use 3rd party software, hacks, mods, scripts, etc. (translation: you is guilty).
