Hi I am not sure if this is the right place to ask but here goes:

I am in need of a programs that let's you see the internet activity/traffic form your computer and the net.
I am trying to get full control of my computer but I need a picture of what is draining alot of resources so I can better fight the issues.

you can also try the built-in windows "resource monitor" to check network activity

wireshark may have bad interactions when using while playing some games though so watch out for that. I think the anti cheat/security software will not launch the game/ shut it down when wireshark starts.

windows has some great sysinternal tools that can show you some packet, protocol, src, dst information but not as in-depth as wireshark.
