ofc low gear can beat low skillcap player with sick 500kfg gear, it still means to this day d2r is pay 2 win or no life 24/7 mf

not really. you can spend fg to get your gear faster and get a head start in ladder or you can literally find anything you need to gear your characters over time without spending any fg
and when it comes to pvp its always skill > gear but unfortunately there is no pvp on d2r because of broken mechanics ect
you can also sell anything you find for fg and slowly build up a nice pool to use if something nice pops up one day
its not quite the same as paying $50 for a loot box that has a chance to contain an item that has a 0.00002% chance to drop legitimately
i understandwhat your saying and its true to an extent but you really cant compare jsp's d2 economy with blizzards outright manipulative scams
