I have probably 10s of thousands of hours pre eoc, eoc, osrs.
Ove achoeved hundreds of 99s amongst many accs. Still have at least 30 somewhat trophy accs of my own. And i quit. You can escape too 8-)

My personal method was jobing professionally. While grinding accs for fg here. I also was working for several sites. Putting in 18hr days 7days a week. I made a fair bit of usd. But runescape as a whole became less of a game . More of a job. There were times i had 2 laptops with 5+ clients each going. I became very wealthy in game i think i had aprox 150b at one point. So what i ended up in was a situation where i was making 500m-1b daily but nothing left to buy. After 2 years of that is when i finally burnt out..

And im proud to say that as a once heavily addicted lifetime scaper, i have 0 urge to play. If you are like i was addicted and aware of it but unable to uninstall, you can quit too. I fiened like a dopehead for a week or so but now.. i spend time with my gf and daughter as im supposed to. I have a good job. Pays less than rs did but demands much less of me aswell.

Idk why im posting this other than i know several of you out there are in similar situations as i was. And i want you guys to know you can run escape.

Also hey guys miss many of you i still browse the osrs section for the nastalgia of times past, best o luck everyone
