That's a lot of screen real estate and resolution to run on a 3060 (it will do it but it's going to draw lots of power), what CPU are you running? This is why you're hitting 82c for sure. You could probably get that temp down 8c-12c cooler with undervolting, the advantage of this over trying to source cooling methods is that you get a direct temp impact once completed. Just as good, if not better than a 2nd sourced cooling method. Especially if you're in a thermal bomb of a room

Maybe try the G12 unit if you are on the fence, NZXT is pretty good about returns under 30 days if the fitment is off or not getting the temps you want.

Just my 2 cents.

e/ after reading again, I see you are calling your pc a Thermal Bomb. LOL!

Hey,

I need some advice how to cool my gpu 'Gainward 3060 oc ghost 12gb' because the stock vents are so loud they drive me crazy. And the gpu temp goes up to 81 degrees celsius when under load. The case i have is a meshify c with 5x120mm vents placed in the right spot for the best airflow.

I came across nzxt's g12 but i dont know if it would fit my card.

I cant really seem to find proper info on the web for this exact card.. Have any of you tried something like this?

81c is perfectly fine. G12 is nice. But check the site to make sure it fits. I don’t think the fit cards over a 2080 and they haven’t made and updated version
