do i have to have him lvl 85 with passive skill to drop the ashes of stars or melding flesh??

nope, but ashes is about 3-4% chance to drop

Thank you, this was the answer I was looking for. For some reason I thought it was 25%

it was nerfed in 3.18. Dont know if uber version makes drop chance higher. Also thats the reason price is so high
