Is this one of those items where its okay to have a low lets say 15/10 - no facet yet.

Or is this one of those items where its very worth to pay extra for a higher one like 17-19 -light res without facet etc.

I mean… If you can afford griffon (even a low one) then you can afford a -5/x facet (doesn’t have to be 5/5).

15/10 for zon I guess is ok
for sorc u better off with 3/20 2os circ rather than a low roll griff

I'll deff get a facet just wasn't sure - in pve - how much of a diff -20 LR vs -22 thru 25 makes ya know.

It depends on the rest of your build. If you have a lot of negative -res anyways (infi, crescent moon, other facets) It'll matter less. If you don't have much or any then it'll matter more.

And it also depends on the monster type. For high light res monsters it matters more, for low light res it matters less.

On my Nova ES sorc, vs hell cows (they have 50% light res) the damage would go up about 7% when changing from the lowest to the highest griffon. So not much.
