hi all, what type of sorc is the best one for pit runs without infy ?

lightning sorc ?

Iam running full tal set as gear and merc trech eth cv insight and andy face

i can go 3 piece tal and shako + occu

Nova/orb or fb/orb if you have high level and torch/anni

Fireball/nova for sure. The only fire immunes are fallen which are extremely low hp so max nova + a few lightning mastery works (3-4 novas takes out a whole pack). Fireball (with 2 maxed synergy), is enough for dark archers and skeles. You can also use this build to run stony tomb, and T/H keys cause the monsters are so weak in act 1 and 2. However, this build sucks for things like meph/cows cause your points are so strained for high hp targets.

Fireball nova is best but orb nova is almost as good.

Either Fireball everything and nova the fire immune or nova everything and orb the light immune.

Why Pits particularly? Ancient tunnels seem like they are made for pure blizz sorcs. Slow moving creatures that are easy to kite. No cold immunes. Felt like the pits are made for melee chars. If you are really compelled to run pits, you’ll have to be dual-tree with suggestions above posters have posted. But there are much better areas to mf for sorcs.
