Fix lobby UI: smoother copy & paste of game names ('home' and 'end' key shouldn't select the 1st or last game in the list when you've already typed stuff into the game name field, etc.); better game filters and longer game list (time since game creation, show small grid of Q's completed, etc.)
Add specialized trading games with ultra high player caps w/ more streamlined features to make it simpler to trade in-game (for those that want to make the attempt)
Buy New World from Amazon, and re-build D2R inside New World engine; add V Rising / Minecraft elements to game
Steal elements from Elden Ring/Dark Souls -- add PvP related quests
Make the barb not a sad piece of shit (aside from passive assist BO barbs, or builds requiring 2-3x Lo to only run "decently")
