They're rare. Hang on to it til you see someone iso. These are harder to find than 40 to life skillers. I wanted to build a lightning zealer with an inventory full but I can't even find more than a few

But what can I expect out of it

I saw also people on trophy room using like a few sc when their showing their whole char

No, I'm not. It's a double modded baal charm. I guarantee you you can find 9x of any skiller with 40 to life before you find 9 of these. Check any trade market. They're near impossible to find.

Can you actually pump out some damage with zeal and an inventory full of these? Neat

Edit: I guess that would be something like 1600 lightning damage per whack
