Hello there, i really hope you can help me out because im desperate. I bought a new stationary computer with a wireless adapter on pci slot tplink 802.11ac
My router at home is mercusys MW305R and i cannot connect my pc to it... i see the signal is at full strenght and when i type my password it just says cant connect to this network. And all my other wireless devices are connected to it.
I went to the shop and bought a new wireles adapter for my PC and i still cant connect.. i tryed literely everything... i reinstalled wireles adapter drivers with latest ones, i reseted network configuration couple of times, i restarted the router i changed the channel from router settings, changed the Mode of the router and i cannot connect my pc to my router 🙁
Please help out if you can with some advice, thanks in advance

I assume you downloaded the software/drivers from TP-Links website?

Does the computer get a connection with it being connected directly to the router with Ethernet?

downloaded from site yes, and now i just noticed that i cannot join any wifi networks, not even my hotspot.. and that was working like few hours ago. And its second wifi card in two days (brand new) so i disclude the possibility of being hardware damage

and yes it gets conection with ethernet cable from same router

changed router settings to 20 hz and channel one and now it worked... but it doesnt work all the time

if i restart pc it might loose the connection and wont connect with same settings ;/ pretty strange

Possibly a chance Hes entering the wrong password.
Possibly a chance it works at times , because there is probably a open public wifi nearby that the computer is connecting to. ( Probably thinking your wrong password worked )

There is Admin Username/password
2.4ghz Password
5.0 ghz Password
2.4ghz Guest Password
5.0 ghz Guest Password

Just confirm the password is correct, no spaces, no numbers , caps, ect.
