A bumper is a character who has not yet completed the Ancients quest(there is a level requirement of 20 in normal and 40 in nightmare). The bumper acquires the quest while in the party group so that everyone essentially gets it/glitches complete when ancients and Baal are done.
1 bumper is needed if you’re going to grush any character less than level 20 or 40.
This means the bumper must be at least level 40 to grush anyone to act 5 hell
Best way to level a character in hell is following chaos runs until 65 then killing ancients and going to Baal runs.
