He never got a booster, He's getting it this week tho. :)

It reduces the chance of him having worse symptoms. Some people like ^SanduLungu are ignorant and don't understand that.

Fixed for you. You either have it or you don’t. I don’t see how there is a level 10 spreader that has to go to the ER or a level 1 with almost no symptoms. That person is probably calling it allergies and still out living normal life spreading it more.

Well you're mistaken :(

Got to talk to a doctor a day ago about everything and got all I needed to know. Jsp seems full of Covid-Deniers anyway who think they are medical experts.

A level 10 sneeze would obviously be more infectious than a level 1 sneeze. Since you wanna talk in gaming terms, so yes worsening symptoms, will spread the virus more.

Sneeze is a sneeze lol. You’re the one that posted on a gaming forum looking for medical advice. You asked for opinions, didn’t like the responses and got upset.

It reduces the chance of him having worse symptoms which can spread the virus easier. Some people like ^SanduLungu are ignorant and don't understand that.

I did, you are a nutjob that think's him getting the booster will protect you, it won't

second, plane rides are not a main vector of transmission (they have hepa filters and are actually extremely safe)

if you try to suggest that he doesn't go visit his family for you, I would find a new roommate so fucking fast

hey let the kid believe what media say . dont ruin it for him please. vaccinated are safe and not spread. unvaccinated are all ill and spread the virus and kill ppl. end.

that's not true at all considering the first few months 90% of people who caught and transferred it were asymptomatic and that was the entire premise as to why this was "NoT LiKe tHe OtHeRs!"

Efficacy for both of us would increase and the chances of worsened symptoms is reduced, thus reducing the chance of transmission.
Then they showed me the CDC released May 20th about the 2nd booster. Got all the info I needed from those two sources. I hate going to the doctor tho .. x.x
2nd booster available for ages 12-50 that are immunocompromised and anyone over age 50.

Hmm, you said his family is full of anti vaxxers?

Well, you should be very safe then.

If you are of the belief that covid is super contagious and is going to attack anyone not vaccinated...well, that would mean they have had covid at least once or twice by now, yes? Possibly even more often. They're a "bunch of crazy anti vaxxers infecting each other," yes? That would mean they've gotten a couple of "boosters" the old fashioned way, yes? And pretty much every study shows that antibodies via natural infection are stronger/longer lasing than those of the vaccines.

We are far past the point of worrying about unvaccinated people. Vaccinated people have their anti bodies. And those without vaccines have gotten their anti bodies. And most people have been vaccinated & caught covid, meaning anti bodies galore.

In a bizarre twist, one could begin to argue that someone that has been vaccinated & never caught covid is a bigger risk to others nowadays with where things are.

But let's ignore vaccines, anti bodies, left/right talk. There is a simple solution to this. It sounds like you two have a good relationship and your roommate is aware of how you get more sickly from things. Simply buy 3 rapid tests. And asks that he uses one each of the first 3 days he is back.
