If you want to use a mediator for your trade, the topic creator must press the "Request Mediator" button on top of the topic and then both traders wait until the mediator contacts both of you.

They need to post in the thread. Mediation system won't register unless the person you are trading with has posted.

Make buyer offer for the agreed upon amount in thread then request Mediator.

i think i get it now. due to the wrong link from another site, he recognized it as spam. Hence the message !

You may only request a mediator once the person you're trading with has posted in your thread,
afterwards you can click "Request a mediator" and you'll be prompted to select the user who you're trading with and to fill in the requested information such as a brief description of your trade, your Battle.net tag and character name,
once you've done so then you'll be sent clear instructions on how to proceed with the trade, follow those instructions to insure a smooth trade.
