A lot of no votes. That’s good since I’m actively purchasing real
Estate lol. (Close on June 15th and I’m trying to get another before year end).
A lot of the market is based off of confidence. Appears that, at least on D2JSP, people are confident in the real estate market.
I would never bet against the real estate market in the long term. At least not single family or multifamily homes.

I’m going to buy puts on everything not meme stock related once broker gives me access.
Next week should be interesting.
