Running a i5-12600k on a z690 Msi edge. Corsair vengeance 3800mhz. It's auto set to 2133 won't go any higher. Every time I try to overclock the dram it won't boot and says overclock issue. Any suggestions?

Have you tried turning it off and then back on?

An i5-12600K supports a max of 3200MHz RAM speed for DDR4, but I'm seeing some reports on Reddit that it's hitting limits around 2.05-2.1 GHz with DDR4. May want to try DDR5 RAM, since 12th gen and Z690 should both support it.

Yeah I read that also, I will be purchasing DDR-5 soon.
