Whats Specs are you looking for? games in mind? and Budget? and do you have any experience building a pc? (not that its hard but sometimes having some common knowledge helps) then it is to go in blind.

I have some but little knowledge, ideally able to run Elden Ring, DoTA and Madden and the upcoming maddens. Budget is around 1k Canadian total.

$1030.83 less -$50.00 (Rebate form) @ $980.83

Could add $30 and purchase i5 11400F and gain 11th Gen Performance (Probably the best upgrade for the money, staying on budget)

Wouldn't go under RTX 3050 for price comparisons of GTX 1660/1660 Super/1660 Ti and wouldn't go above RTX 3050 for budget purposes (Budget benefit RTX 3050 to 3060 negligible for $100)

Case can be swapped for any other case really, this unit will not run very hot so airflow won't be a big deal ~ would just recommend purchasing a case with at least 2x fans (1x Intake/1x Exhaust) or obv buying your own, etc

Is the cooling enough and no OS? And is the power supply adequate.

Cooling definitely, CPU only draws 65w. PSU is above adequate and 80+ Gold, doesn't have another power pin connector but you won't need any extra with the CPU you'd be using. OS can be purchased for like $12 on Digital Chill Mart, if you have Honey it will get you 50% at checkout. Load it onto a USB and there you go.
