Honestly trying to get a feel for how much something like this costs. I have no idea.

Between 500fg to 3000 should be an approx..
Depending of animation and details..the more you customise the more the price raise.. i mean..
If you have an exact image and you put text on it expect lower price..
But if you want a custom background with a paladin with a blue armor.. wearing a shako with a flail holding a sorceress hand..
You should expect higher price

I think it depends on how complex the job is...

Most people on here ask 500-1500 for a sig, but they have to adhere to specific restrictions... graphics are probably a little less restricted but generally more complex.

As for setting a budget, per the rules a graphics request should have a budget before attempts should be made.

So even if you aim low to start... people can always ask more or maybe you'll find someone to do it cheap.
