Hello, So at work i am dealing with phantom dropped calls on our VOIP phones. We have had dropped calls on random EXTs and we have done packet tracing on these dropped calls and found nothing abnormal, until the call leaves the on-prem network to the ISP. Now I have reached out to the ISP about seeing packet loss and they basically told me it was on the hosting server-side. I have them do a packet ping and we found no loss on their side. WTF is going on here...
