what is safe in your opinion, get max block, ES sorc? or pure vita?

Sol in a Gbane/Gerke's with Sol also. Run ES with insight on a prayer merc. It's very safe but you'll likely to hit 63 fcr instead of 105.

Vita is best with tals, Not safe build.

It's cows mate, just stay away from them. It's ain't cowlvl which is gonna kill you

This. Don't get hit is actually the best, and easy, strategy in cow level. Get enough hp for a few hits and you're fine

And I'd advise to have some fhr so even if you get hit you don't get rampaged by bunch of them
