sticky mouse and hacking isssues

format your hard drive and reinstall OS

be less dumb this time around.

Yeah reinstalling OS will fix whatever issue you have. Just keep in mind that you may lose your data if you dont know what you are doing.

Backup your files but only plug back in once you have set up the new OS with antivirus etc.

what seems to be the problem here?
