I have a friend who logged a ticket through the contact us portal but hasn't gotten an email response in about a week.
Essentially what happened was that whenever he's on his home wifi and tries to access the D2JSP site, it just shows access denied, but if he goes on mobile and uses mobile data he can access the site.
He used to be able to access the site just fine with no issues, but this recently occurred and he doesn't know why/what the fix is.
He's tried using different browsers as well as clearing all cache and cookies, but no luck. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
He didn't try logging in through mobile, cuz he wasn't sure if he would get locked or not for accessing through mobile vs PC and be flagged like in the past.
