Warriors thrive when their big guys, like Looney, McGee in the past, etc. play like 18-22 minutes a game, and they can run mostly small ball a good chunk of the game. Gobert is the caliber of player who won’t be satisfied with that amount of playing time/usage. You can’t run 5 out with Gobert, you can’t run and gun like you do with Draymond at the 5. These are the sets the Warriors are best in. I just don’t see the fit

Draymond Green is a better defender than Gobert @ the 5 in the playoffs anyway since most teams can spread the floor

I agree with Dom. With how much defense will have to be applied to the 3 pt line, gobert would do ok in the paint offensively.

If you can't shoot or han't handle the ball, face up, etc you are just role player in today's NBA as a center.

Not to say he isn't very serviceable, his defense at the rim is unquestionable. But you can't build around him as a key top 2 piece.

Vuc would go no matter what. The reports I saw suggested Vuc, PWill and the 18th pick. If we could swap out PWill and include another player/asset, I’d be cool with it.

To be honest it’s still surprising to hear the Bulls in any rumor haha. I still have PTSD from the GarPax era.
