Prices in D2R have continued to fall month on month. There will be some exceptions, i.e. Chase Gear for PvP, but overall this downward trend is expected to continue throughout the life of the game in "non ladder" until they reach a base value. That is expected to occur (for PvM items) at some point over the next 2-4 Months. Some of the more common (and unpopular) items have already reached their lowest value i.e. 0.3fg-1fg. Prices will fluctuate in nonladder at the end of Each Ladder (in D2LOD this was a 2 week window of activity) before resuming at the pre-ladder prices.

In the short term, a further drop off in "nonladder" prices can be expected once the ladder starts as the majority of players migrate to ladder. The new ladder can be treated (broadly, but not entirely) as a reset of the D2 Economy. The fresh economy in ladder will repeat the process that we have seen since Launch date, with prices through the roof in the first few days followed by a rapid reduction in prices over the proceeding days/weeks/months.

Finally, note that some items are losing their value faster then others. This is a Guide, a resource, however, when in doubt, look for comparables when buying/selling your item as prices fluctuate day by day.

At this point in "non ladder" players are looking for "good" amulets. I will add to this section gradually (in nonladder) over the coming months and include a time stamp on confirmed trades. Therefore this section of the PC Guide is not specific to a particular month. Basically if its not very goo (read: 20fcr or 10fcr + Repl life) it wont sell. It is recommended to craft amulets early each ladder for approx 2 months in order to sell 2/10 (or better amulets) noting once the price on Mara/Tal/highlords amulet come down crafted amulets are very hard to sell.

A quick comment on HLD Jewels - there is only 1 or 2 HLD specific Jewels that are over level 49. Rare Jewels are typically level 42, and are used MLD and HLD. its quite hard to PC these jewels noting perfect jewels will sell for 1000+. some examples of what to look for:

15ias/37ed - 350fg
15ias/38ed - 400fg
15ias/39ed - 600fg
15ias/40ed - 1600fg

DISCLAIMER on the below, if you sell these for the minimum value you should be shot. Give them time to sell. If you dont get a bid war, dont sell these. they will not reduce in value until such time as duped jewels appear in D2r. Also bear in mind a perfect LLD jewel sold for 15,000fg in Feb 2022.
