I recommend looking into the work of Matthew Walker, a professor of neuroscience and sleep expert. The guy provides some genuinely interesting information regarding the importance of sleep and can probably provide insights that you may find useful. I found out about him through Joe Rogan podcast, which is well worth the couple of hours to listen.
I will take a further look into this. I Googled Matthew Walker and it seems hes well recognized on the search. Thanks for sharing what you have. (:
