Hello,

I have been a connoisseur of a variety of teas for good portion of my life. Over time I have found a variety of health benefits from drinking teas.

I would like to know more about teas, what kind of teas you drink, and the health benefits you have found or are aware of from consuming teas. If you would like to go into further details, feel free to do so.

Thanks for checking this out. I look forward to what some of you might share here. (:

Cheap green with lemon

Thank you for sharing.

I can usually enjoy green tea with lemon, cheap kind or not. Typically a morning drink for me. It has help with better food digestion and such, though ideally I need to consider what I am eating and which vitamins I have or will take.

At times, when I feel I need it or want to try a new brand, I will use matcha green tea. It is potent stuff!

Green and black teas are typically a bit of a lifter right, with the caffeine in it and all. Do you add a cream or sugar to them, and how long do you steep the teas for?

I enjoy some chamomile aswell. I'm not to familiar with mushroom teas. I also thought it was a bit rare for people to mix hot cocoa and or something like coffee with teas. When you mix the teas with something like hot cocoa, are you using partial servings? I myself use partial servings, and getting it right seems to take practice.

yeah, it's basically what I would call a healthier coffee with some vitamin C. and when I squeeze the lemon, some pulp also drops, so even more vitamin C.
