How do I eat more fruits and vegetables? My diet is lacking them usually.

Fire roast them for a different flavor profile. You can achieve this with both a gas or electrical range.

Create salads. Mediterranean style, Asian flavors, fatass ranch, simple olive oil + salt pepper.

Quiches/casseroles are a good way to enjoy them.

Pickle them. Flash pickle or long term. This works for certain fruits and fruit rinds too.

Plain vegetables with a dipping sauce or a whipped butter or whipped compound butter.

Dehydrate them

Hold your nose and just force it.. vegetables aren’t just as bomb as proteins or junk food, they’re some times far better.

You can substitute foods to provide healthier options. As an example, instead of eating spaghetti pasta, use spaghetti squash instead. It still tastes good and provides much better nutrients.

put them in the blender you can put a bunch of vegetable and make delicious pasta sauces with them

Buy grapes and Halo oranges. Great lazy fast food fruit. The whole peel comes off in one piece real easy like. I also use a blender with milk and frozen fruit. Liquid first or the fruit freezes away from the blades.
