A must listen below! Discuss and/or repost! This was a great podcast that highlights a lot of methods and best practices for strength and conditioning.

Just for reference, Galpin is a leader in the muscle physiology and S&C community, and Huberman has jumped on the podcast scene with awesome and thorough breakdowns of lifestyle practices and "hacks".
